Limitless Heating is now a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. Partner status is based on the number of Worcester Bosch boilers a firm installs in a year. We passed the mark in September, fitting gas and oil boilers across Edinburgh, Midlothian, East Lothian and West Lothian. We are pleased with that, and there is plenty of the year left.
It is a team effort, and I mean that rather than just saying it. Engineers turned up, fitted the boiler properly and left the house tidy. The office kept the diary full and the customers in the loop. Danni takes the calls and runs the diaries, and in a period this busy that is the hardest job in the building. She makes it look easier than it is.
None of it happens without customers. They let us into their homes and trusted us with a big spend, and plenty of them had a choice of firms. You earn that one job at a time. We do not take it for granted.

Gas: Greenstar 4000 and Greenstar 8000
The split between the Greenstar 4000 and the Greenstar 8000 is about even. The 4000 does the job for most flats and family homes. The 8000 is for bigger houses and heavier hot water demand. Nobody gets talked into the dearer one. The survey before every boiler installation decides it.
Oil: Greenstar Danesmoor and Heatslave
Twenty oil boilers is a decent number. Not every firm will take on oil. Much of East Lothian, Midlothian and the Borders is off the gas grid, we are OFTEC registered, so we do it, and we do it well. Oil boiler installation is a proper part of the week here, not a sideline. Greenstar Danesmoor for regular and system installs, Heatslave for oil combis.
What Partner status means for customers
We have worked with Worcester Bosch for years. Partner status recognises the standard of the work, the attention to detail on every install and how seriously we take customer satisfaction. It does not change how we work. That is rather the point. Same Gas Safe and OFTEC registered engineers. Same survey and fixed price quote before a spanner is lifted. Same tidy finish. Worcester Bosch guarantees of up to 12 years still apply, depending on the model, and boiler finance is available on the range, subject to status.
Targets are being hit and the diary is full. The busy part of the heating season has not started yet, so nobody is getting carried away.
