Bathroom Installation Lead
Limitless Bathrooms is looking for an experienced bathroom installer or joiner with strong finishing, customer-facing and organisational skills to help lead our new bathroom division.
You will be hands-on with the joinery side of installations, but also involved in customer surveys, planning, job preparation, customer communication and helping shape the way the bathroom division operates.
You will work alongside the business director and design/estimating support, with the medium-term aim of this developing into a full-time management role as the division grows.
Main duties
Lead high-quality bathroom installations and help coordinate installation staff and subcontractors.
Carry out joinery work.
Attend customer surveys and record accurate measurements, photos, videos and notes.
Discuss customer requirements and help shape practical, well-planned bathroom solutions in conjunction with design team.
Support pricing by providing accurate survey information, job notes and material requirements.
Assist in preparing clear job scopes, material lists and installation plans.
Liaise with customers before, during and after works.
Coordinate materials, suppliers and other trades.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, finish, cleanliness and communication.
Help build systems, standards and processes for the bathroom division.
Required experience
Experience in bathroom refurbishments and a good understanding of the different trades involved.
Strong joinery, finishing or multi-trade background.
Confident dealing directly with domestic customers.
Able to understand, plan and help organise jobs professionally.
Good eye for detail and pride in a high standard of design and finish.
Full UK driving licence.
Reliable, organised, presentable and professional.

This role would suit an experienced bathroom installer, joiner or multi-skilled tradesperson who enjoys dealing with customers, planning jobs properly and taking ownership of a project from start to finish.
We are looking for someone with ambition, pride in their work and a desire to lead from the front. The right person will be hands-on, practical and trade-focused, but also capable of helping manage customers, standards, planning and the future growth of the bathroom business.
