How quickly can you come out?
We offer same-week appointments and do our best to prioritise anyone left without heating or hot water. We will always give you a realistic time when you call.
Do you repair all boiler brands?
Yes. Our engineers work across all major gas and oil boiler brands, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Glow-Worm.
What if my boiler is beyond repair?
We'll always be honest. If a repair isn't cost-effective we'll explain why and talk you through replacement and finance options.
How does your pricing work?
We charge a standard call-out fee that covers the visit and diagnosing the fault. Any repair costs on top, for parts and labour, are always agreed with you before we carry out the work, so you are never charged for a repair you have not approved.
