Do you charge a call-out fee?
We will always be upfront about any costs before we start, so there are no surprises. Give us a call and we will talk it through.
I have got a leak right now. What should I do?
Turn the water off at your stop tap if you can, then give us a call and describe what is happening. We will get to you as soon as we can and make it safe.
Do you fix leaks you cannot see?
Yes. We trace hidden leaks behind walls and under floors, lift only the minimum needed to reach the pipe, repair it and make good afterwards.
I need a new tap, toilet or basin fitted. Is that here?
